If you need us to book flights with your package, we book only standard economy, premium economy, business, or first-class airfare — never basic economy. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience from start to finish. We prioritize routes with optimal connections and minimal travel time, and we always aim for the best overall value and comfort.
Hotels
We work exclusively with a curated collection of hand-selected hotels. These properties are centrally located, often include breakfast, and have been personally vetted by us or our trusted partners. We only recommend hotels we would stay in ourselves — because your experience is our highest priority. Have a favorite property in mind? Let us know. If it’s not already one of our partners, we’ll find the perfect match.
Rail
Many of our European itineraries include scenic rail travel. We typically book first-class seating, as the upgrade often offers greater comfort and value with minimal additional cost. We select the best option based on your schedule and preferences.
Private Transfers
We handle all transfers between airports, hotels, and train stations — a detail often overlooked, but essential to a seamless experience. Whenever possible, we arrange private transfers for added comfort and efficiency.
Tours & Experiences

How Do I Get Started?
We understand that planning a custom itinerary might feel unfamiliar — and that’s exactly why we’re here.
After a complimentary initial consultation, we’ll discuss possible itinerary options. Including key components such as transportation, hotel category, and the overall structure of your trip — giving you a clear sense of what we can do for you.
To design something that reflects your vision, we’ll need an approximate or maximum budget. The total cost of a custom trip can vary significantly depending on choices such as four star or five star accommodations, private versus small-group tours, length of trip and other personalized touches.
Please note:
Because many of our preferred partners offer exclusive discounts and amenities when booked as part of a package, we are not able to provide itemized pricing. Your quote will be presented as a complete package price.
Creating a fully tailored itinerary is a thoughtful and time-intensive process. To move forward and have revisions and detailed planning, we require a non-refundable $350 planning fee.
